Due to the use of centralized melting and soup preparation, the machine side furnace only needs to be insulated, and the operator does not need to perform melting and slag removal operations on each die-casting machine, reducing the risk of scalding and fire;
◆ Wireless transmission: The communication between the ground console and the mobile control department is wireless communication;
◆ Safety control; The equipment is equipped with obstacle protection, two-way signal, mechanical action interlock, time limit, liquid leakage protection, movement sound and light prompt;
◆ Maintenance: The overall operation of the equipment is all on the touch screen (status display), so maintenance personnel only need to check the status of the equipment against the touch screen;
Six-axis robot
It has a high protection level. The protection level of the robot's one, two and three axes is IP65, and the four, five and six axes are IP67. On the basis of high protection, an integrated enclosed protective cover design is added to further improve the protection performance of the machine. The robot adopts a high configuration design, which is stable and reliable. It can be used for picking, spraying, transporting, palletizing, etc. The performance is close to the four major families, but the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, and it has a super high cost performance.
