Adjustability: The adjustable space for the soup height is 1070mm, the closest soup position and the farthest soup position (800-1780mm), the above size is subject to 60KG soup bag. If it is exceeded, it can be satisfied, only the structure size needs to be changed;
Safety: After taking the soup, the soup bag is located in the safety box. The difference is that even if the soup overflows from the soup bag, it will not drip out of the safety box;
Convenience: It can be directly injected into the holding furnace, and it can be moved while pouring to reduce heat loss (there is a requirement for the size of the soup mouth of the holding furnace), and the minimum size is no interference;
Rapidity: The speed of the traverse axis can reach above 1.5m/s, which is 30% more efficient than traditional models.
Six-axis robot
It has a high protection level. The protection level of the robot's one, two and three axes is IP65, and the four, five and six axes are IP67. On the basis of high protection, an integrated enclosed protective cover design is added to further improve the protection performance of the machine. The robot adopts a high configuration design, which is stable and reliable. It can be used for picking, spraying, transporting, palletizing, etc. The performance is close to the four major families, but the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, and it has a super high cost performance.
