YZL series servo soup machine
◆ The self-developed five-link structure arm makes the machine's movement trajectory smoother, more accurate in taking/pouring soup, and running more smoothly;

◆ The soup volume control can be adjusted at any time according to the requirements in the manual or automatic state, and the repeatability of the soup is very consistent, which greatly improves the production rate of the product;
◆ The wiring of the whole machine adopts imported high-temperature resistant wire and is equipped with a special protective cover, so it fully meets the working conditions of the die-casting site;
◆ Diversified production standby mode, can choose manual/automatic mode production according to die casting production conditions, and select front standby or back standby mode on standby mode;
◆ The original hydraulic jack adjustment method makes the up and down adjustment of the machine more labor-saving, safer and more efficient;
◆ Adopt absolute double servo linkage control to keep the soup point consistent every time, avoid the overflow of molten aluminum, and greatly improve work safety;
◆ Waist-type base structure makes the whole machine body stand stable and stable, easy to rotate and move;
Six-axis robot
It has a high protection level. The protection level of the robot's one, two and three axes is IP65, and the four, five and six axes are IP67. On the basis of high protection, an integrated enclosed protective cover design is added to further improve the protection performance of the machine. The robot adopts a high configuration design, which is stable and reliable. It can be used for picking, spraying, transporting, palletizing, etc. The performance is close to the four major families, but the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, and it has a super high cost performance.
