YZE Series Servo Pickup Machine
◆ Using high-precision, high-resolution absolute value type servo motor, the position can be saved even after the power is off, eliminating the need for the layout of multiple external sensors, greatly reducing the failure rate of related components;
◆ The rotating arm adopts an original RV reducer, which enables the equipment to withstand greater torque, longer service life, higher accuracy and more stable operation;
◆ The self-developed program control system is more convenient, more flexible and easier to use than its counterparts, especially in path editing;
◆ Special equipment and special craft screens are displayed to users in an easy-to-understand interface, which greatly reduces the difficulty of operation for operators;
◆ Most of the controls are integrated in the die-casting operation panel, no need to operate the teach pendant, which reduces the difficulty of operation for workers;
◆ The advanced control system provides a multi-point docking program, and the user can set the product landing point according to the actual needs;
◆ The main accessories and electrical components are imported and domestic high-end components, with high response speed, low failure rate, high efficiency, stability, and longer service life;
◆ This equipment has the function of sorting out defective products: if the die-casting machine has NG (defective product detection) function, the pick-up machine can link the signal of the die-casting machine to separate the defective products. Put the defective products directly into the defective material box;
◆ The original hydraulic jack adjustment method makes the up and down adjustment of the machine more labor-saving, safer and more efficient, and is suitable for picking up parts at different heights.
Six-axis robot
It has a high protection level. The protection level of the robot's one, two and three axes is IP65, and the four, five and six axes are IP67. On the basis of high protection, an integrated enclosed protective cover design is added to further improve the protection performance of the machine. The robot adopts a high configuration design, which is stable and reliable. It can be used for picking, spraying, transporting, palletizing, etc. The performance is close to the four major families, but the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, and it has a super high cost performance.
